I think these Halloween cupcake jars are one of those really fantastic Halloween ideas to make , they would be great if you are having friends over, imaging making these for a sleepover they are such fun and easy to make

Tools & Equipment:
Jars to bake in – Mason jars, old jam jars etc
Permanent marker
Goggly eyes (from the craft store)
2 spoons
2 disposable piping bags
2 star piping tipsIngredients:

Black sprinkles

Here is the recipe quantities & conversions:
250g softened butter (8.8oz / 2.5 sticks)
600g / 21oz powdered sugar, sifted (this is around 5 cups if measured prior to sifting)
1 tsp vanilla (or your desired flavouring essence)
1-2tbsp whole milk

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need to make the pumpkin spice cake batter
Cake recipe (leave the pumpkin spice out if you want vanilla cake).
3/4 cup butter (if you use salted butter omit the salt in the recipe)
1 1/2 cups white granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt (if you use salted butter omit this)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cups milk
