Fun Jello Roll Ups To Make

These jello roll-ups are kids’ favorite. With supervision, they will surely enjoy making these easy sweet treats. You can use any flavor of your choice except unflavored or the white one (if using other gelatine brands).

What I like about these roll-ups is the final result of two colors even if you mix them in one bowl. As the jello sets, the marshmallows will float on top of the mixture and the jello at the bottom of the pan.

You can also make these roll-ups for your children’s birthday party snacks. Make them in different colors and serve them on a big white platter. They can make the sweet table look colorful without spending much money because these roll-ups need two ingredients only.

Ingredients

1 (3oz) package of Jello, any flavor

1/2 cup of boiling water

1 cup of small marshmallows

How to Make Jello Roll Ups

Grease an 8×8 baking pan.

Pour boiling water into a bowl or tempered glass measuring cup. Add jello and stir to dissolve. If needed, microwave for 30 seconds and stir until completely dissolved.

Add the marshmallows and microwave for 30 seconds and then stir using a whisk; repeat the process until they are fully melted. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for an hour or two until it sets.

Run a knife around the pan to loosen the jello and then roll it tightly. Cut it into 1-inch wide and serve.
