What a really wonderful dessert to try out it will serve 8 people so if you have more guest in mind you could always double the ingredients etc , a really eye catch dessert that has that great summer cooling effect as it is a frozen a great way of finishing off that great main meal , what I like about this recipe is you can make it in advance for the occasion you have in mind and leave it stored in the freezer
