Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup honey
- Using a heavy bottom medium saucepan, place your sugar a milk and honey and dissolve the sugar over a medium heat .
- Grate your chocolate and add this to this to the pan along with the butter and salt , Keep Stirring this mixture over medium-low heat until well blended.
- Now cover pan with a lid and heat to boiling point. Boil to soft ball stage (238°F) on a candy thermometer.
- Take the pan off the heat once it has reached this point and cool to lukewarm (110°F). Add your flavouring now and stir in .
- Beat your fudge mixture until it has thickened and is no longer glossy; mixture should hold its shape when dropped from a spoon
- Grease with butter 9-inch square pan and mark squares for easy cutting late
- Refrigerate the fudge until it is set fully and then cut into your marked squares
