I love apples in baking they seem to have that comforting feeling about them,so when I came across this recipe for an easy apple square recipe it made me smile a want t share this great recipe onto you fellow bakers
I love traybakes where you cut the baking into squares and everyone get their own square of enjoyment from that bake it seems to have that wonderful sharing aspect about a traybake that we all seem to enjoy
iI also love cutting a tray bake up into squares i gives me that sense of pride that I have baked it and are now sharing it out

- 3 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped into small square chunks
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour, sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
