How To Make A Fantastic Superfood Chocolate Bar To Snack On

Have you ever looked for that Chocolate bar that is good for you? well I think I may have found one that I just had to share on to you all To see what you think? .

This DIY chocolate bar is full of antioxidants from the dark chocolate but once you start adding the topping onto the chocolate it starts to become that  superfood chocolate bar in every bite .

The matcha green tea powder is a wonderful green colour spinkled onto the dark chocolate but it also is detoxifier, moving onto the cacao nibs they add that great crunch to this bar but they also are a antioxidant, a spinkle of puffed quinoa which is high in protein and rich in fibre which is great, next added is dried goji berries which is rich in  vitamin c and iron,calcuim and zinc and then last the dried blueberries which are great to lower blood pressure and is nutrient dense , all in all a really wonderful super food chocolate bar that adults will love to snack on

Super Girl Chocolate Bar
From Nicole Iizuka, POPSUGAR Food

8 ounces dark chocolate
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
1 tablespoon puffed quinoa
1 teaspoon dried goji berries
1 teaspoon dried acai berries
1 teaspoon dried blueberries

Instead of matcha green tea  you could use crushed up pistachio
