We have heard of lava cake the cake with a gooey center that once you open it with a spoon the center erupts leaving a chocolate center that is so scrumptious , well here are chocolate chip lava cookies that have the same center so when you bite into them they have a soft gooey chocolate center .. what heaven !..

Ingredients:
1 (12-oz) bag semisweet chocolate chips, divided

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
