How To Make Custard Filled Doughnuts

Most of us love doughnuts whether it is from a fair or carnival or brought from a bakery there is nothing like that fresh soft dough covered in sugar a filled with a filling , well you can have a go at making them yourself in your own kitchen as this custard filled doughnuts are so good

These doughnuts are so soft and deliciously filled with creamy custard.. so come on give them a whirl and make them at home , a fantastic  recipe  that is brought to you by  Richard Burr  one of the finalist from the Great British Bake off on Scoff on YouTube

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need to make them

INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp Quick Yeast
95 g Caster Sugar
150 ml Whole Milk, Warmed
330 g Strong Bread Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
50 g Unsalted Butter
1 large Egg, Beaten
4 large Egg Yolks
1 1/2 ltr Vegetable Oil
330 ml Whole Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Paste
2 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
100 g Icing Sugar
