Ingredients:
½ cup plus 2 tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 Tbsp honey
9 oz bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Bourbon
1 1/2 cups pecans, toasted and finely chopped
2 cups (about 10 oz) shortbread cookies, crushed into crumbs in the food processor
¼ cup granulated sugar
