1/2 cup warm water (105 degrees to 115 degrees )
2 packages active dry yeast
1 cup milk
1 cup instant mashed potato flakes
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
Butter or margarine, melted
