How To Make These No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Bites

Wow ! Love these chocolate peanut butter coconut bites , they look such fun to make and I am sure children will love to help make these .. well help with decorating them with those sprinkles , when I came across this recipe I was drawn to it because of the fun sprinkles which would make them great to make for a party

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need to make these bites from the channel plus the video tutorial to watch

 

1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 cups rolled oats or quick-cook oats
1 cup coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toasted coconut or sprinkles for topping

Place the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a medium size saucepan and cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth an melted. Add the chocolate chips and stir until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Pour into an 8×8 pan lined with aluminum foil (lightly greased). Refrigerate until set and cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator, pieces soften quite a bit at room temperature.
