dough:
500 g of wheat flour
10 grams of dry yeast
20 grams of salt
275 g water, lukewarm
75 grams of butter, softened
Tiger paste:
75 grams of rice flour
65 grams of water, lukewarm
2 grams of dry yeast
2 grams of sugar
4 g of sunflower oil
2 g of salt
bake 25 minutes at 400°
