I love a good cheesecake so when I came across this recipe for key lime cheesecake well I was so excited and it has both my favourite desserts in one
I got hooked on key lime pie when visiting Florida a few years back now a, I love the creamy lime flavour with that crumb base it is simply heaven , so to get a cheesecake version well that is heaven to me , to two desserts in one is absolutely delicious, so I hope you enjoy it too
Also what a love about this dessert is the topping and the way it is squares rather that just a round classic cheesecake
