We all love a lemon meringue pie so why not try a strawberry pie version, but this is one with a difference because the strawberries sit on top of the meringue which is cooked over the pastry base.
Given this strawberry pie has a really eye catching finish that would grace any table whatever the occasion, when I came across this recipe I thought it unique and love the idea.
