- 3–4 tbsp. ice water
- 6 tbsp. rainbow sprinkles, divided
- 1 large egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. water
FOR THE FILLING
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. vanilla cake mix
- 1 3.4-oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
