This dessert is light and refreshing that does remind me of a lovely summer’s day I think it is because of the combination of the lemon with the raspberries .
So pretty in the individual ramekin dishes these would be great for a lunchtime dessert with family or friends or even for a dinner party as it is so light after having a full meal .
