- 1 packed cup pitted dates, deglect noor recommended
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt, optional
- 1/2 cup Quaker Oats Quick-1 minute Oats
- 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 cup shelled and toasted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup miniature dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I like cashews or pecans best)
Granola Bar Topping
- 1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- Optional: white frosting
