It’s funny; I often read on Pinterest that some recipe is the “Absolute Best”, “The Ultimate” or some other clear cut term for the best of the best. It seems that almost every time I see a post for Lemon Bars they’re Title “The BEST Lemon Bars!!!”. Well, hmmmmm……..I don’t know. These Lemon Bars are really, really, really yummy! I made them the other day to take to a friend’s potluck barbeque. My husband was helping me cut them and grabbed a square before I could put it on the plate. He went crazy! He said, “These are sooooo good I think we should open a bakery! No, I’m serious!” Honest story my friends, so, I don’t know if these are the best, but they just may be good enough to launch a new bakery!
