Souffle is one of those dessert that we all seem to admire and want to have a go at making so when I came across this recipe that is a video tutorial showing you how to make a souffle I though perfect as you can follow it stage by stage as souffles can be tricky to make

I really love this recipe that is chocolate with that added hazelnut for that extra special touch great for a dinner party dessert I think

This recipe makes 2 souffle but of course you can double the mix to make four and so on

Here is what you will need!

Serves 2

Ingredients

– 1/2 cup Nutella
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp sugar
– unsalted butter
– cocoa powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375˚F / 190˚C
2. Butter two Soufflé ramekins and sprinkle with cocoa powder, knocking out excess.
3. In a medium bowl, mix Nutella and 2 egg yolks.
4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk 2 egg whites until foam starts to form. Add sugar and continue mixing until they hold stiff peaks.
5. Fold 1/3 of the whites into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated. Add the remaining whites to the mixture and fold gently, but thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
6. Pour the mixture in the ramekins, clean the rims so the Soufflé rises evenly, and bake for 15 – 17 minutes.
7. Serve immediately.
