Makes 8 Muffins
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbs oil
3 tbs milk
1 egg
5 ounce contatiner strawberry greek
2-3 drops Red Food Coloring (optional)
1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen (do not thaw) strawberries
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tbs chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In one bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, milk, egg, yogurt, vanilla, and food coloring.
Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Then stir in the strawberries and chocolate. Spray a muffin tin and fill 3/4 full with the batter. Bake for 20-22 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy.
