DIRECTIONS
1. Bake biscuits according to package directions. Let cool slightly, then cut into circles using a 1″ biscuit cutter.
2. Meanwhile, whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Transfer cream to a piping bag.
3. Assemble skewers: Layer a biscuit, whipped cream, and strawberry slice and repeat two times. Serve.
