I really love carrot cake and it is a popular one with my family so when I came across this recipe for a coconut carrot cake I thought I would give it a go and it went down so well that I think this is the recipe I will be making all the time now when it come to carrot cake
It is a moist wonderful cake and with that coconut it add that touch of something else to this carrot cake.. so delicious
