When I was asked for a tea cake recipe for old fashioned grandmother’s tea cakes I did not really know what to excerpt but after reading about them they are more like a cookie than a cake
Made with butter, sugar,eggs, flour and vanilla and are great to eat for a afternoon tea with a cup of tea or a glass of lemonade
