Peanut butter fudge is super simple – and a must for any peanut butter lover – but adding jelly makes it a bit more fun and a perfect way to celebrate National PB&J Day!

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter
3 cups (1 pound box) confectioners’ sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup strawberry jam, warmed in microwave
2 ounces white chocolate, melted
