Really pretty cupcakes that have a wonderful taste much like red velvet but of course they are pink instead .. they would be great for that special occasion or to give to someone special , here below is the ingredients you will need and the video on how to make them from the YouTube channel
Pink Velvet Cupcakes:
– 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 3/4 tsp baking powder
– 1/8 tsp baking soda
– 1/8 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter at room temp.
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– red food coloring
– 1/2 cup of buttermilk
