1/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4 egg whites1 box (4-serving size, 85g, 3oz) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup very hot water
1/2 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed (divided into two 1/4 cup portions)
(you can use regular lemonade instead of pink)
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed (cool whip)
1 container Betty Crocker whipped vanilla frosting
Fresh raspberries and strips of lemon zest for garnish
