Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake Recipe

Anything  that is red velvet is so good and with this red velvet ice cream cake it is just the same, a really wonderful looking recipe

A really lovely intense flavour sponge that you get from that red velvet favouring but with this cake you have that cream cheese ice cream that is simply so good making this cake a great one for a summer special occasion .

Ingredients:

Cheesecake Ice Cream
4 oz/110g cream cheese
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups cream

Cake
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, at room temperature
1½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon baking/bi-carb soda

2 cups whipping cream
½ cup powdered/icing sugar
