Sesame Soft Pretzel Recipe

There is nothing quite like the smell of baking bread and with these pretzels you have that great smell of sesame seeds nutty smell as well , love this recipe .. happy baking

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need from the jamieoliver website

• 450g of wholewheat spelt flour

• 7g of fast action dried yeast

• 1.5tsp of salt

• 275ml of warm water

• optional: 2 tbsp of date puree or 1 tbsp of honey

• 150g of baking powder

• 2 eggs lightly beaten

• 3 tbsp of sesame seeds
