11-inch (28 cm) round cake panFor the dough
– 4 cups (530 g) of bread flour
– 2 ½ tbsp (30 g) of sugar
– 1 ¼ tsp (4 g) of instant yeast
– about 1 cup (230 ml) of milk
– ⅕ cup (50 ml) of water
– 1 medium egg
– 3 ½ tbsp (50 g) of butter
– the grated zest of 1 lemon
– the seeds from 1 vanilla pod
