A really great to make and I think there is nothing like sharing pancakes and these are definitely the ones to share with loved ones or friends , they simply look so great .. so dig out that mixing bowl this weekend and make a batch .. you won’t be disappointed

Nutella Espresso Pancakes
serves 2 (yields about 6 medium pancakes)1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tbsp espresso, or 1 tbsp instant espresso powder (coffee will work too)
1 large egg
1 cup milk (you can use buttermilk if you like, or 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup milk)
2 tbsp butter, melted and cooled, plus more for the pan
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp Nutella, plus more for drizzle
1/4 cup chocolate chips for sprinkling on top
