Vanilla Butter Cream Bumpy Cake

I was  asked if I could find a recipe for a Saunders Colonial Butter cream Cake or near to it as I could , so I managed to find this recipe that I think is as close to the real thing as I can get too I hope

I don’t know much about this cake but I think that it sound delicious as apparently the cake  is made by using our classic yellow cake recipe and covered with traditional Sanders butter-cream icing then sprinkled with finely ground roasted pecans. A truly timeless dessert that can be enjoyed any time

So here for you is a recipe that is brought to you by cake.betterrecipes.com , thanks for sharing it with us

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need to make this cake plus an excerpt from the website too about this cake

I was thrilled to come across this recipe– have been looking for it for years! Growing up in Detroit- Sanders was the only place we wanted to have a sundae but, especially our birthday cakes from as kids!!!

You will LOVE this…Enjoy, Kim
