What a cake this banana cake is and it is a frozen dessert too.
It would be perfect for those summer parties in the garden like a BBQ etc as it will serve about 10 people which is great if you have a few people coming for an event or party.
I personally loved this recipe when I came across it on the recipelion website so I hope you do too as it is an easy dessert to make and it will impress all of your guests especially if they are banana cake fans
