A fantastic looking white chocolate and strawberry cheesecake that would be amazing for those summer parties, either a dinner party or a garden party.
When I came across this recipe on the waitrose website I just had to share it on to you guys as it looks so good and with the wonderful combination of strawberry cheesecake and white chocolate I personally think your are onto a winner with this cheesecake.
