A wonderful rocky road cheesecake recipe that is so easy to make as it is a non bake one , if you love the whole aspect of rocky road then this is the cheesecake for you to be making .
I love rocky road as you can add different items to the mixture other than the marshmallows like nuts, cherries or broken biscuits which all make up a rocky road .

1¼ cup chocolate biscuit crumbs
80g butter, melted
500g Cream Cheese
¼ cup sugar
220g Chocolate
½ cup whipping/thickened cream
2 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in ¼ cup water
2 cups mini Marshmallows
1 cup red glacé cherries
