Why Not Make These Margarita Cupcakes

Lovely moist margarita cupcakes that are margarita style great for that adult style party but of course if you don’t want to add the tequila which is part of the margarita style you could leave that out and they will be just lime cupcakes which of course is just as yummy

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need to make these cupcakes

RECIPE
Cupcakes:
135g unsalted butter
125g SR flour
125g caster sugar
1/4 tsp bicarb soda
zest of 2 limes
1tbsp lime juice
2 large eggs
1/2 tbsp milk

Icing:
200g unsalted butter
450g sifted icing sugar
4 tbsp tequila

Syrup:
4 tbsp lime juice
65g caster sugar

(plus cut lime peel and sea salt, for decorating)
