When we get a box of chocolates I am the one wanting the chocolate salted caramels so when I came across this recipe to be able to make your own and of course they are healthy too and ideal for vegans so I just had to share this recipe on

With the holiday season around the corner it is great to make your own candy  and of course not feel guilty about making them too because of the healthy aspect , a great recipe to make as a present too by making a batch or two and putting them into a   pretty bag or jar

INGREDIENTS

195 grams unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
340 grams medjool dates (16), pitted
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
140 grams dairy-free chocolate chips (I used Ghirardelli minichips)
Sea salt for topping (optional)
