here below is a list of the ingredients you will need and the video showing you how to make them
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup room temp butter
1 large egg
1/2 tsp peppermint essence
1-2 drops of green food gel
Cream the above together until well combined.
Now you can add the following
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 2/3 cups of all purpose flour (extra if too sticky)
Kneed & ball dough together, wrap & refrigerate for an hour before rolling.
