1 cup (250g) butter softened
1 1/3 (294g) white granulated sugar
3 eggs
3 cups (409g) all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp (7g) baking soda
1/2 tsp (2g) salt
2 cups (280g) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup (250ml) plain yogurt or greek yogurt
3/4 cup (180ml) orange juice
1 tbsp (5g) coarsely grated orange rindGlaze:
1/2 cup orange marmalade (I say 1 cup in the video, but it was closer to 1/2 cup, I kind of winged it)
1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
1/3 cup icing sugar
