This is one of those dessert that I enjoy and whilst they are baking in the oven you get the most wonderful aroma from all the ingredient that is cooking and sitting in the kitchen waiting is the most wonderful thing to do
This dessert would not be right if you did not serve it with something like cream or custard or for something even more adultly inviting why not try out the Jamie’s suggestion Brandy or Whisky cream
Whilst the apples are baking why not whip up some double cream / heavy cream with some icing sugar/ powered sugar and spice till there are soft peaks them fold in either brandy or whisky for that wonderful kick , what great indulgence!
