ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup cold butter, cut up
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 8 – ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 8 – ounce can crushed pineapple (juice pack), drained
  • 1 cup strawberrries, hulled and quartered
  • 3 kiwi, peeled, halved and sliced
  • 1 11 – ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup tiny marshmallows
