Ingredients & Method :

1) Decadent Chocolate Mug Cake

Flour- 3tbsp
Coco powder – 11/2tbsp
Baking powder – 1/8 tsp
Baking soda – a pinch
Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
Melted butter- 2 tbsp
Milk – 4 tbsp
Chocolate chunks – a fistful

– Stir together flour, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda in a microwaveable mug.
– Add condensed milk, melted butter and milk and mix well.
– Add chocolate chunks and microwave at 850 watts for about 2 minutes.
– Serve warm

2) Nutella Mug Cake

Flour- 3tbsp
Coco powder – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1/8 tsp
Baking soda – a pinch
Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
Melted butter- 2 tbsp
Milk – 4 tbsp
Nutella – 1 tbsp

– Stir together condensed milk, melted butter and milk in a microwaveable mug.
– Add flour, coco powder, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
– Mix nutella and microwave at 850 watts for about 2 minutes.
– Serve warm

3) Coffee Walnut Mug Cake

Flour- 3tbsp
Baking powder – 1/8 tsp
Baking soda – a pinch
Condensed milk – 3 tbsp
Melted butter- 2 tbsp
Milk ( + 2tsp coffee powder) – 4 tbsp
Walnuts – a fistful

– Stir together condensed milk, melted butter and coffee with milk in a microwaveable mug.
– Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix well
– Mix the walnuts and microwave at 850 watts for about 2 minutes.
