Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need plus the video tutorial to watch

Makes 12 cupcakes

50g cocoa powder

175g plain flour

2 large eggs, at room temperature

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp salt

½ tsp bicarbonate of soda

225g caster sugar

175g unsalted butter, softened

175ml milk

1 cup of dark or milk choc chips.

1 cup chocolate sauce

1 cup crushed freeze dried raspberries OR chopped up raspberry candy

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup crushed peanuts

Frosting

1 batch of fluffy buttercream frosting

2 tbsp raspberry jam
