Carrot Cake Donut Holes

I love carrot cake and donuts so when I came across this recipe for carrot cake donut holes I just had to have a go at making them and boy they are good .. with that wonderful icing they tasty delicious .. I think you will love them so much

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need to make these donut holes

Ingredients:

• Donuts:
• 1-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1-1/4 cups finely chopped or shredded carrots
• Oil, for deep frying

• Icing:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 Tbsp milk
