1 1/4 cup self raising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup softened butter
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup of shredded apples
Streusel Topping:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Add more or less flour/butter, depending on the consistency of your crumb topping. Adding more flour will help it become more crumbly, while the butter will help everything clump together.
