FROZEN BANANAS 4 WAYS
Servings: 20
Yogurt Granola
INGREDIENTS
1 10 finger bushel of bananas
20 popsicle sticks
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup granola
PREPARATION
1. Peel bananas and cut in half. Place popsicle sticks inside bananas and put on tray with parchment paper.
2. Freeze for 1 to 3 hours depending on how firm you want your bananas to be.
3. When bananas are ready, coat in yogurt and sprinkle with granola.
4. Set aside and freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
Chocolate Peanut Butter
INGREDIENTS
1 10 finger bushel of bananas
20 popsicle sticks
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup mini chocolate chips
PREPARATION
1. Peel bananas and cut in half. Place popsicle sticks inside bananas and put on tray with parchment paper.
2. Freeze for 1 to 3 hours depending on how firm you want your bananas to be.
3. Heat peanut butter in microwave at 30 second intervals until liquified.
4. Coat bananas in peanut butter and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
5. Set aside and freeze for an additional 20 minutes.
6. Enjoy!
Coconut Almond
INGREDIENTS
1 10 finger bushel of bananas
20 popsicle sticks
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup almonds, chopped
½ cup coconut, shredded
PREPARATION
1. Peel bananas and cut in half. Place popsicle sticks inside bananas and put on tray with parchment paper.
2. Freeze for 1 to 3 hours depending on how firm you want your bananas to be.
3. Combine almonds and coconut into a bowl.
4. Heat semi-sweet chocolate chips in microwave at 30 second intervals until liquified.
5. Coat bananas in chocolate and sprinkle with the almond and coconut mixture. Chocolate will harden so move quickly!
6. Enjoy immediately or set aside and freeze for an additional 10 minutes.
White Chocolate Rainbow
INGREDIENTS

1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup rainbow sprinkles
PREPARATION

2. Freeze for 1 to 3 hours depending on how firm you want your bananas to be.
3. Heat white chocolate chips in microwave at 30 second intervals until liquified.
4. Coat bananas in white chocolate and sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Chocolate will harden so move quickly!
5. Enjoy immediately or set aside and freeze for an additional 10 minutes.
