3 farm fresh eggs
1 3/4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick™ Gluten Free mix
How to Make Gluten-Free Coconut Pie
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together eggs, milk, butter, vanilla, coconut, and granulated sugar. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick placed in center comes out clean.
