1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
11 ounces (310g) dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup (8oz/225g) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
1½ cups(12oz/340g) granulated sugar
½ cup (4oz/ 112g)packed light brown sugar
5 eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extractGood Quality Vanilla Ice-cream

1 cup (8oz/225g) melted coconut oil
