How To Make Funfetti Cupcakes

Fun Funfetti cupcakes not just on the outside but inside as well with fun sprinkles that is why they are called funfetti .. great cupcakes for a party or fun get  together where I am sure everyone will love them .. a really moist sponge with delicious cream frosting and more sugar sprinkles  ..

Here below is the ingredients you will need to make these cupcakes

RECIPE

For the cupcakes –

125g unsalted butter, soft
125g caster sugar
125g self raising flour
¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 large free-range eggs
1 ½ tbsp whole milk
20g multicoloured sprinkles/jimmies
¼ tsp vanilla extract

For the topping –

150g unsalted butter, soft
335g icing sugar, sifted
1 ½ to 2 ½ tbsp whole milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
LOADS of extra sprinkles/millions
