I love fruitcake like most of it is one of those cakes that is so deliciously moist with the fruit etc that it has to be made for that afternoon tea party I think , it is one of those cakes that is not just for the holidays but all year round

100 grams bing cherries
150 grams cashew nuts
100 grams walnuts
1 1/2 cups light rum
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
