- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ triple chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla or vanilla paste
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping (reserve some for garnish, if desired)
